(Hourly Service)
$25 Covers the first half hour. If the work is not finished in that time the rate moves to $60/hr. If repair cannot be completed remotely we'll work with you to find the right solution for you.
If your computer is otherwise working and online, but there is some other problem you’re facing and need assistance, we can help you remotely via desktop sharing over the internet.
If you need help with a specific program, your email, or anything else that can be accessed through your computer’s desktop screen, remote support is a way to get help FAST!
